Akoma Homes is a real estate investment firm located in Troy, New York, that specializes in buying, restoring, and selling real estate. In addition to investing in New York's Capital Region, we are operating in various national markets, including Ohio and Pennsylvania. Our work is guided by our mission to give back to the local communities we invest in by improving the overall quality of our neighborhoods.
Akoma Homes was founded in 2020 with the goal of creating a real estate investment company that operates intuitively, responsively, and ethically to the needs and wants of the people we serve in our communities. Providing quality affordable housing is one of our focus areas. We intentionally are looking to improve people’s quality of life with our investments. We believe that one’s home environment is closely tied to health, happiness, and success.

My passion for real estate started long before I officially entered the industry. I am fascinated with architecture and neighborhood development, especially because I know how those are instrumental in improving people's lives. I believe that conducting thorough research and impeccable analysis and evaluation of projects leads to creative, strategic, and successful real estate opportunities. Above all, for me it is the people we work with that make real estate an exciting and rewarding industry. At the heart of my work is identifying and developing real estate investments that benefit everyone involved.

A veteran real estate agent and investor, I am passionate about business, life, and, most importantly, giving back. I believe that there are countless opportunities within America’s existing housing stock to help revitalize neighborhoods and people’s lives. Everyone deserves modern, well built, and affordable housing. With a background in acquisitions, consensus building, and project management, I believe that Akoma Homes is developing a model for what affordable housing should look like.
